Terrible - not set up for rental
We followed the instructions to enter a 4 digit code to enter. No lock box. Looked for 15 minutes - the key is under the mat. Then we realized after using the washroom that there was no water to the house. Imaging renting a house without any water. Tried unsuccessfully to reach the host. She would not answer the phone. Final she called back to say the water would be on in an hour, took 2 hours. Only 2 coffee cups in the house, so we drank coffee out of soup bowls. Only 2 wine glasses in the house, so we drank out of candle holders. No outside furniture, don't both. BBQ is disgusting - unusable. All closets do not have horizontal bars to hand clothes. So the closets are all useless. The host never returned calls or emails to answer my concerns. Her message said "Hi" and then a long gap, leading me to start talking, and then "Hi" again, leading me to start talking, and then "I'm not taking calls" as her message. Not funny. The house is not set up for rental, it is set up for sale. Don't bother booking here, it is a huge disappointment.

Clean house with basic amenities. Enough to make the stay comfy. Beds are very comfy. Host made check in super easy. Easy check out instructions.

Not ready to rent for our stay
This property was still a work in progress when we arrived. In addition to many other issues , the main issue was the front door lock was broken, and was not secure. It would not lock. We had to find another place to stay. I am still waiting for my refund. This place does have potential. It is a nice neighborhood, and great location. I would maybe consider renting it again if and when it is ready. Just make sure that if you rent it the lock is fixed, the bedroom has a door, over-sprayed paint is cleaned up, the patio and yard is cleaned up and better maintained, and the amenities are there. Like laundry soap, hair dryer, kitchen supplies, etc. Oh, and maybe some lamps in the living room. Hopefully you too won’t experience the disappointment of having to find another, acceptable place to stay after a long day of travel!
