“Lovely cozy spot with plenty to do inside and out. ”

“The property was truly lovely and very completely outfitted. I was traveling with my mother and two nephews and unfortuntely we arrived during the dreadful heatwave that hit the northeast. The property was exactly as pictured and we had almost enough fans to cool the place down. The ceiling fans certainly helped but an ac unit on the first floor would have helped. No one could have known the heat would be this severe but a second ac unit would have helped. The het broke on day 3 of our four……

“My family and dog enjoyed our stay, the house was clean had a nice outdoor deck and a great firepit for evenings. Some of us were climbing in the Gunks and some of us were just hanging in town and this house was the perfect location for both. The host was easy to work with, we will definitely be back.”

“We were six tired moms in our 40s thoroughly enjoying a relaxing weekend by the pool and proximity to delicious meals in Woodstock. Great location, clean and well stocked. Pool was the perfect temperature. The sun porch was a wonderful place to sit together in the mornings and drink coffee. Our host was accommodating, helpful and responsive. A fantastic stay! ”

Ray answered all of questions very quickly and made sure everything was ok and we had what we needed. 3 beautiful bedrooms a beautiful kitchen and very comfortable living room. The kitchen facilities were nice and spacious. While we didn’t cook much, it was nice to use for small meals. The bathroom was also neat and clean. ”
