“I would have given this property 5 stars but water pressure in one bathroom was very low and the amount of available hot water was inadequate for 7 guests. This property was roomy with plenty of space for guests. The kitchen was very nice as was the dining room. It is located on a busy street which makes it hard to turn out of the driveway. Our hostess was quick to response to any questions.. there were large black ants here and there inside dwelling which may have been due to heavy rains when……

So is the front porch and the fire pit is also nice although we did not use it. The half bath on the first level was a nice plus. “We had a nice stay, far from home. The only downsides were small compared to the fairness of the nightly rate. Floors were squeaky (due to the age of the duplex, I assume), not the best for light sleepers, and mattresses felt quite firm after our days spent walking. The staircase had us keeping a close eye on our toddler. The host responded promptly, when we asked about tv remote batteries. The area was quiet - we didn’t spot any neighbors out and about - so keeping doors and windows locked had……
