“This was our 2nd time staying here. We bring our dogs to run free and go hiking on the trails. The wood burning stove is an added bonus during the winter. We enjoy the quiet of nature and snuggling with the pups on the big couch playing games! We will be back a 3rd time! ”

The kitchen was fully stocked and Caroline confirmed ahead of time on a couple items we needed to cook with we’re already there. Elegantly furnished, yet comfortable and spacious, it felt like a true dream home, & was a fantastic NYE venue to host our themed murder mystery dinner for friends traveling in. Donna was friendly, flexible, & communicative. To top off, you can't miss the spectacular views of the lake especially at sunset and sunrise! Perfection! “Lots to do in the house itself with very unique and natural design elements including board games, tv with main streaming services. Also great outdoors area to spend some time under the stars by the fire pit. Only downside was that it was clearly a very pet friendly home so if you're not used to that it will take getting used to the pet smell. Excellent hosts as well!”

“We had a blast here, little bonfire at night and we played games at the kitchen table during the day. Meramec Caverns is about 25 mins away and we went there for a little outing. Overall we enjoyed our stay and the owners were wonderful.”
