“Directions in binder where private Sandy Beach is located...( Path by railroad tiles ...just passed the crossing Oil all door hinges ..that way won't wake up others that are still sleeping...since no AC in bedrooms have to leave doors open to be comfortable in the bedrooms. Remote died and no AAA batteries, so went and bought some at DG store New grill ..that one worked but not hot only front part had flames...no way to cook food for 5 people. Door code only work to get in...so couldn't lock……

“This property was just what we had hoped for. The listing and photos describe the place accurately. What it didn't describe well enough was how fantastic the views of the lake were from the primary bedroom at sunrise. Michael was a wonderful host and we couldn't have had a better small family gathering at his place. He was kind, considerate and generous and a really interesting person. We would be happy to go back to the Lake House !”

“If you’re gonna get snowed in anywhere, this is the place to do it! We made snow angels and had a beautiful snowshoe on the frozen lake. Also a very cozy spot to binge watch some TV and relax. The great ice Vt festival was very fun- we supported many local artists, businesses.”

“Our stay was amazing. Our hosts were friendly and stopped by a few times to make sure all was OK. The cottage was clean and had everything we could need. The lake was about a hundred feet from the front door. The view was great and having access to the kayaks was wonderful. There are hiking trails about 5 miles away that our pup liked to run through ”

“Overall a nice place on the water. Beautiful view ! House is bright and open. Somewhat outdated and could use an update to furniture and appliances. Dishwasher wasn’t attached to the counter and just pulled away when I opened the door. Microwave over the range was non-functional. Needed extra blankets as the included nlankets were paper thin. ”

“This was our second time in this lovely lakeside vacation home, and we will definitely be back. Spacious , comfortable, well appointed living areas, stocked inside and out with everything you could possibly need.
