The hosts detailed everything from what they would like to see as far as use of the property to a quick and easy checkout. Despite our lack of responsiveness, they were still very attentive and proactive in reaching out to check if we need anything to make our stay more enjoyable. The property would be……

“We rented this property as a way to spend time with family right before the busy holiday season. We couldn’t have picked a better place to stay. The house was very cozy, clean, and had everything we needed and more! Check-in was super easy, and the host responded very quickly. The hot tub and sauna were great additions, but the view of the lake and mountains every morning was just what we wanted. We will definitely be recommending to friends and family!! ”

“We had a mixed experience during our stay at Leah's property. On the positive side, Leah was an incredibly friendly and communicative host. She was quick to respond to any questions, and the location was absolutely fantastic—very convenient and close to everything.However, upon arrival, we noticed the unit wasn’t as clean as we expected. There were stains on the rug, dust on the furniture, crumbs on the coffee table, and a dirty stovetop. The dishes appeared to have been used but weren’t……

“Rented this lodge based on other positive reviews - and they were spot on! Greeted by snowy landscape and cozy, warm, lodge wonderfully appointed More you looked, more you saw! “The home is beautiful and well though out to create an an amazing experience for your getaway. The home is clean and the kitchen is fully stocked. The home is close to the clubhouse that has an indoor and outdoor pool. The host is quick to respond to any questions. Our family had one of the most fun weekends we had in such a long time we booked again before we left! We loved it and highly recommend booking.”

HOWEVER..the driveway clearly hadn’t been plowed for a long time when we got there and so once we pulled in our cars were stuck. We were trapped at the house for 3 days. The plow driver came to plow the neighbor and told us he hadn’t been paid by the owners so hadn’t been plowing for some time The owners finally arranged for a different plow to come but not being able to leave for 3 days really affected our ability to……

“The Barn is one of the best STR we have ever stayed at. Perfect for a couple, room enough to spread out. Very tasteful decor and great amenities. Area activities to check out; So Vt Arts Center, Hildene, and a little more of a drive Robert Frost Stone House in Bennington and King Arthur Flour (flagship stire) in Norwich. Favorite restaurant Silver Fork (IMHO one of the best restaurants in New England and the Restaurant at Hill Farm has the best pizza.”

“We had a group of thirty-four people for a family vacation and had a blast. The host and the housekeeper were tremendously responsive to any small issues we had over the first few days. The kitchen was well stocked but could use more mugs for coffee/tea and additional forks for larger groups and the tea bags were past the best before date and should be replaced. Twelve bedrooms, each with their own bathroom was great. The pool, hot tubs, ping pong table, pool table, tennis court, and fire pit……
