“I booked 385 and stayed in 387 when I got there. The owner is lovely and helpful. The property and the room is worn and could use updates, but I wasn't expecting phenomenal for the price I was paying. I never saw any bugs or dirt, unlike other reviews. Security is not great - the lock is flimsy, and the outside door to the property is always left open. “Excellent apartment in downtown Vancouver. Reading the other reviews knew that we would have to collect keys from nearby (300m) convenience store so just arranged for the taxi to stop there first. Well provisioned with tea and coffee and everything is there for those who want to use the kitchen and cook in. Maggie communicated well and it was a very enjoyable stay, Vancouver has a lot to offer!”

“This loft was gorgeous and spacious—a perfect spot in downtown Vancouver. I hadn’t been to the city in years and was surprised by how much the homelessness and drug use has spread into Gastown. It’s something to be aware of, but truthfully, it’s a reality across much of Vancouver. That said, I’d absolutely stay here again. The space gave me so much inspiration for decorating my own place. It’s cozy, well-equipped, and beautifully styled. Only thing is the shower wasn’t working… ?? I’m sure this……

Good experience

"Great experience staying at this hotel for seven nights. There is enough space for two children to jump around. The factory building has an oven and microwave for simple cooking. The bathroom is tiled and very clean. There is also a swimming pool and sauna in the building, so you can relax after a day's journey. The location is very close to the city center and public transportation. The security is also very good. It is very close to Costco and supermarkets within walking distance. All in all, it was a great experience and I recommend it to everyone."
