“This was a very cute and clean place to stay. It was not too big but very comfortable. Only thing missing is a washer and dryer. There were bikes we could use and chairs for the beach! One thii oh bf I would have added is instructions for where to park…and a warning to not park under the tree out front as it’s a coconut tree and the coconuts could fall on your car. The neighbors told us about that…thankfully a coconut did not fall on my niece’s car. It was easy to get to and in a quiet……

“It’s what we were looking for at the time .Fenced yard and pool to keep the kiddos safe and a clean & comfortable accommodation. A little more expensive than similar properties in the vicinity, but for us it was available last minute. Owners are a group/ company with many properties . So, that says it all. ”

The days were spent fishing and boogie boarding and the evenings at the house were wonderful to play games and pool. My dad enjoyed the local golf course. The home was clean and modern, and very family friendly. It was also set in a quiet family neighborhood. ”

Our favorite part of the house was the pool, which we used the whole trip. The beach was a short distance away and it was mostly empty of other visitors. ”

“Didnt get to stay was locked out by chance handyman let us in. Bnb was never cleaned. Ruined my family vacation my brother out his money for having to stay in hotel instead i had to stay in tiny trailer bunk beds for my vacation. got threatened for trespassing v vrbo”

“We had an amazing vacation here. 2 families with young children. There was plenty of space. The beds were very comfortable. The pool was incredibly clean and warm. The back yard is very private and it’s like swimming in the jungle. We would definitely return! Close walk to a beautiful beach. ”

“Bonnie was a great host and a great communicator. Very easy to contact and very responsive. The house was very comfortable and had everything we needed for our stay. The kitchen is well stocked. The property is very large with a pool and a small pond and all fenced in. I loved seeing the sandhill cranes and deer. There was even some feed in the freezer for them. Nice quiet neighborhood with close proximity to Sebastian as well as some cool little restaurants in Grant and Malabar. I highly……

“Check-in was a breeze. The house was very clean and has a big refrigerator and pantry. We were really surprised at how spacious every room was. Even the laundry room. Plenty of room for my cousins to visit for the day without anyone getting in each other's way. The pool was delightful and clean as was the backyard. Well maintained. There were toys for the beach as well as bikes. Didn't use them but very nice to see for young families. We would stay there again!”
