Located roughly 1 mile to Lewis Bay and Ocean Beaches, this home is situated on a quiet dead-end road situated between Yarmouth and downtown Hyannis; 2 towns with so much to do. You'll find some of the best restaurants, exciting nightlife, great shopping, and lots of summer entertainment. Walk to mini golf, ice cream and coffee shops from this home. Easy access to golf courses & Cape Cod bike trails and hiking and so much more.

Great place to stay

This place was great for the price I paid. We loved the amenities provided and the backyard was enjoyable. Perfect location for exploring the Cape. The kitchen was well stocked (minus a can opener), beach chairs made available, as well as other items to pass the time. Big plus to have an arcade game in the smaller bedroom. The pullout couch was less than desirable but the couch was still comfy. All in all, it felt like home on Cape Cod, which always makes me come back.

Located close to everything. Plenty of room to utilize. If you get rained out one day there are plenty of activities to keep kids busy in the home. Home theater that was created downstairs was an added surprise.

Cozy House

10/10 For this house. I rented this place with a couple of friends to spend so time in the Cape. it is around 1 hour and a half from boston and around 45-60 min from Ptown. One of the rooms dont have A/C, it wasnt a problem for us because it was not a very hot weekend but I am not sure how will be during the peak of the summer, however the master bedroom and the living room had ac. The host is very very responsive and the house has everything that you will need for a great stay I could not recommend this place enough, I will stay here again no doubt.
