Never got there. The Expedia Rep wouldn't tell me the name of the hotel. My email went down. I had my name, phone number, credit card info, birthday, SS# but he would not tell me the name of the hotel. So I had to stay somewhere else. Guess how I feel about Expedia right now.

The room looks not as good as I expected, smells like humidity, the treatment was not good, I had a hard situation with my family, my pregnant wife and my 3 years old kid arriving late at night after 8 hours driving, they were inflexible and didn't bring me the help I needed, the only positive point is the breakfast, the parking and the playground

Great staff, clean and centrally located. Affordable. One area of feedback, the mattress is very hard. We have stayed here three times this summer and each time the mattress had been very hard. I understand the need for a hard mattress for durability, however a compromise/happy medium would be GREAT!😉

I have to deduct a few stars because the cleaning service people left the door open while we were out for the day. They came in and took used towels away and left the door open. Luckily I told my wife to take all our valuables when we left for the day.
