“I have brought my 1.5 year old baby girl to stay in Chambers. The heater was out while the outside temperature was below zero. Clark's feedback was cold as well, he told us to turn off air condition to gether warm air instead of changing room. Not to mention the actual room did meet the picture shown here (room looked old and bed is smaller than expected). We check out the very next day instead of three days that originally planned, and did paid the first night. Overall bad experience!!!”

“This property has been skillfully and thoughtfully updated. Window unit AC in every room. Plenty of GFC outlets. Everything you need in the small and functional kitchen. Beautiful bathroom. One bedroom is a quiet dark cave. One is gorgeous and sunny. Surprisingly quiet for its location. There are city noises and that are to be expected, but the AC drowned them out. The Subway is about 30 steps away and you can get anywhere in less than 30 minutes!
Here's the reason I can't give it five stars……

“I wanted to start off by saying, Antonio was great and very helpful after a previous crazy stay at another Vrbo. I hadn't received my entry instructions and was getting worried so he called me and told me they were saying they had issues with the Vrbo communication platform. We talked a bit, and he texted me the check-in info to help ease my mind.I got to the place around 1 am after a night in the city. It was quiet, cozy & as described, almost.The walls were kind of dirty, the lamp was missing……

“With the 4 bedrooms the accommodation for 9 was perfect. We were allowed to drop off our luggage early while we explored the neighborhood. Upon returning we noticed there were not enough towels for the guests however with one contact to the host that issue was resolved. The heating system had been cut off for the spring so our rooms were a little chilly however once again our host quickly provided 4 space heaters. The property manager was very welcoming, introducing herself and providing dining……

“What excited us about this property was its safe and great central location and proximity to the major attractions in NYC especially Central Park. The check-in process was straightforward. We were a party of 8 plus a small child and this property offered ample living and sleeping space for everyone. All heating/cooling units and appliances are still new. Kitchen was well-stocked with everything you need. Host was very easy to reach and responsive. Thanks. ”

“Una soluzione ottimale, buon rapporto qualità prezzo. Abbiamo abitato in questa casa per una settimana in dieci persone è tutto ha funzionato bene. Purtroppo c’era un bagno solo e le camere erano strettine, in linea con New York, ma ciò non toglie che la casa era accogliente e comodissima. “Check-in and check-out process was a breeze in this stylish studio located in a very safe walkable area. Loads of sunlight and lots of city traffic noises (bring a sound machine/ ear plugs if you have trouble sleeping) which added to the experience. Room size is okay while still bit compact to unload the big suitcase with other small ones. Amenities are okay/basic generally within our expectations. Room is quiet for us thus we had good sleep/rest. Like the breakfast offered from the destination fee, although not too many choices but basically sufficient to me with good services. staff and cleaning ladies are good. Free to depose luggages of course tips are what it takes.
I wrote to prefer a high-floor room but ended getting a low one and the staff told me he could not change what’s in the system. Don’t quite understand…well that’s what it was. "
