“I always stay at the Swiss Hotel when I stay in Freetown. I enjoy staying here and feel very happy with the service and facilities in general. However, on my last visit there seemed to be a shortage of toilet roll with my toilet roll only being replaced with one if the existing roll was nearly empty. I ran out a few times and had use the tissues and once ran out of everything and didn’t get a replacement until my third Tim of asking. “Thank you guys for having me and will richly recommend you guys to all my friends and families. You made my stay felt like home where every staff members are keen to help. But please I suggest u look at your breakfast menu. Breakfasts didn’t taste like breakfast for me. Breakfasts was boring. Food don’t look or presentable enough for me to be excited about to eat. Just so you know am talking about the breakfasts in the apartment, room service. ”

“The service was excellent. The rooms are cleaned every day by very attentive staff. Ask for anything - you get it within 5 mins. The Operations Manager Sunil is very pleasant and responds quickly. I would give Sunil and the staff an A . The variety of food at the restaurant was ok. One area for improvement is the gardens around the chalets. At the time we went they were a little unkempt. I think we went in the slow season. This however did not take away from our fun.”
