“The property owner was very gracious when we contacted him for questions. The home is spacious and well kept. We enjoyed sitting on the back porch and watching wildlife. Eight deer visited the first night we stayed. We would rent again from this owner. Thank you”

The bedroom in the basement has multiple beds. Be aware this room is much cooler than the upstairs temperature. It wasn’t that big of a deal to us. Just assign your beds with that in mind. We were there in February when outside temperatures were about 40You won’t be disappointed with this property..”

“My wife and I met my Mom, Sister, and Brother-in-law for Christmas. The house had a Christmas Tree which was a nice touch. It's close to everything in Grand Rivers. A few dining and shopping options. Not far from Paducah if you are looking for something bigger. Quiet place at the end of cul-de-sac.”
