“spent 6 night here - convenient location, friendly staff, comfortable bed. there was some mixed up at check-in but was fixed quickly. the only thing is the "fixed-rate" taxi advertised in the hotel information. the "fixed-rate" was supposed to be 30 NZD, but we were charged 54 in the end. We mentioned to the driver it should be a fixed rate, who insisted their company doesn't have a deal with the hotel and that we need to present a corporate card. our overall experience with this property is……

“Excellent accommodation and staff friendliness. Very well equipped, modern and clean. Easy walking to shopping, quay, museum and cable car. Parking in public car park opposite. Would be helpful to have details/address of car park prior to arrival. ”

“The conditions of the room is far from satisfactory. The blind in one of our rooms was broken and I could see dead bugs on the blind. The water pressure in one of our bathrooms is not high enough so we couldn't have a proper shower in the bathroom. The water would become cold near the end of the shower. We informed the staff of these problems and they took care of them immediately. The overall experience was good, though.”

“The property was very well-situated and convenient for shopping, restaurants and activities. It was a good sized apartment and in the art-deco style, but the decor was tired and in need of refreshing. The staff were friendly and helpful, but the oven didn't work and the kitchen equipment would benefit from looking at. We enjoyed our stay, nonetheless and would stay there again.”

“Apartment was good for our needs. Parking was good however vehicle max height was almost an issue. 1.85 our suv was 1.80. So some nervous times lols”
