“Poorly service. The hotel does not look like the photos. The staff attempts in a poorly way all the guests. They dont have AC in the rooms. Also, the have some problems with electricity and water. Sometimes the water´s smell too bad. Also, they don´t have restaurant service. In a positive way, it is locate nearly to Metrocentro Mall and Gueguense Tours.”
