“Nice properly with beautiful green natural surroundings. Staff for dining were very slow. Buffet items were finished or cold when we got there and no effort to refill. Lunch only given choice of a la carte while others had buffet with lot of choice.Hans kept refusing any orders we requested as vegetarian including making a sandwich which despite explaining thoroughly he got it wrong. ”

“This was our first stay in the hotel and we were very impressed. The hotel room, welcome from reception and staff and customer service when dining for both breakfast and dinner were excellent. Special shout out to Stephen and Nixon who looked after us when dining in the restaurant. Although this was a base for travelling, we made use of the spa facilities which were also excellent. We will definitely be back again.”

“The property gives you high luxury in the middle of nature. But what makes the place exceptional is the services given by staff. They treat you like VIP from arrival to check out. “I had a group of 16 staying at the lodge and we all absolutely loved it! The facility was lovely and the rooms were very nice. The staff especially are very welcoming and kind. Best experience was walking out of the restaurant after dinner and seeing an elephant standing in the middle of the path. 10/10 would recommend!”
