"This is one of the best stays in Japan we have experienced. We are a family of 4, with 2 young children aged 2 and 4. From the moment we drove into the carpark, to the check in service, late night request for a diaper bin, until the very last moment we left, Sorano gave us a warm welcoming and relaxing feeling with excellent service. We are already saying next time wehn we visit Tokyo we will come back."

"地點佳，距離商店街很近 櫃檯人員非常親切，早上去寄物，下午check in時她還認得我，直接拿出我的行李 房間很乾淨，舒適 有健身區、飲水機並提供氣泡水 飯店提供的盥洗用品，洗髮精、護髮、沐浴乳、保養品等，都非常好用 唯ㄧ美中不足的是洗澡的浴簾會發臭 不過我還是會推薦這間飯店 "
