“A wonderful place for singles or couples. Not a great place for families because the rooms are small due to the premium location. However the hotel is excellent if you're going alone or just with another friend. I can't recommend it enough. The rooms are small but that's because of the lower price for the absolute top tier area it's in”

“Great wifi for remote working and desk setup. Loved the location. This is a hotel/airbnb hybrid so they didn’t have the cleaning services of a typical hotel. Someone was at the front desk at all times. ”

“On the listing it said this room would sleep 6, but it really only sleeps 2. I spoke with the property manager and he said he would lay down a mattress (there were 4 of us) and when we got there they refused to do that. We were forced to book a 2nd room. ”

If you’re looking to visit New York without breaking the bank, I would recommend. The location was in a prime location, so close to Times Square and lots of shopping and restaurants. They should definitely remodel this property because it could be amazing with some remodeling. ”

Everything in the apartment worked as expected, and there were more than enough appliances and kitchenware to manage any meal we chose to create. Regular and easy communication when wanted. Our group had a great visit, and we would stay there again.”

“What a gem! I was nervous about the virtual front desk but it worked out wonderfully. They allowed me to check in early which was a blessing on a cold January day! The room was compact but well put together. Great to have a fridge, tea, microwave and sound machine. I was able to make the room nice and warm during the day and cool at night to sleep. Also - the sheets smelled wonderful. My only suggestion is to allow the shower water to get hotter. Five stars!!”
