“This property was a complete disappointment and should not be listed on VRBO. It looked nothing like the photos. The home was dirty upon arrival—smudges on the mirrored closets, trash on the floor, and the cabinets had old razors or random used items in them. We even found expired meat (over a year old!) in the freezer. There were only 5 towels provided for a large group, the backyard was filthy, and the pool was green and clearly not maintained. “Loved this place! My daughter had rehearsals at Will Geer Theatricum Botanical for a few days. It was less than five minute drive to theater. Cute coffee shops nearby. Great pizza place less than quarter mile away. I was able to relax under oak trees on porch or inside. (Wear mosquito repellent) Drive to Malibu had delays due to road construction. Very enjoyable!”
