“The owner, Ryan met us upon arrival to go Over the place. He gave us some extra perks I’m not at liberty to say what however. The restaurant below is very good. Both Ryan and his wife, Kelly, are very nice and friendly. We only ate downstairs once but only bc we left to fish before they open and didn’t get back until after they were closed. 5 star property.”

“Amy and her husband were amazing hosts . Their place is s gem located at the foot of Kinzua Dam. The furnishings were outstanding - the radiant floor heat kept us toasty warm. There is an outdoor fire pit that will be great to use . It was so clean and cozy. The living room space with the huge TV provide a great place for family movie time . You will not be disappointed if you stay here - we will be back! My hubby waves to build one now!! ”

“What a perfect place to stay when visiting Warren County! The property is located in one of the most picturesque parts of Pennsylvania. Our wonderful hosts had thought of everything that would make our stay enjoyable. Kim had even baked a loaf of delicious apple bread for us. ”

“Perfect location to all the surrounding areas. This little place had everything you need and the bed was so cozy. We ate at the beefeaters ,which is walkable from here, recommend the prime rib. The only thing is if you can’t do steps, there are steep steps to get to the apt. Thanks Jonathan for sharing your space with us!”
