“Mint House was perfect for my downtown Denver stay. Apartment was quiet, spacious and clean with everything I needed. Short walk from Union Station, across the street from Whole Foods, and easy walk to end of 16 Street Shuttle. “All in all, it was a good stay. The location is incredibly convenient but the downside is that you're literally right by the freeway. They kindly provide earplugs on the nightstand plus there's the AC/heater fan to act as white noise. The place was very clean, well appointed and comfortable. The kitchen has minimalist set up which is great for making breakfast or doing up an easy quick meal in the evening if you don't feel up to going out. My only issue was the chef's knife was SUPER dull……

“Other than the soft keypad on the front door, we had a great stay. But the keypad really caused us some frustration—it just didn’t work. Finally another guest helped me access the virtual key from my phone and things got better! I spoke multiple times to agents via the app and text—but they didn’t know how to solve the access issue. "Everything was great, except for the toilet in my room, which took 5 minutes to stop refilling the water tank. The noise was disturbing. The front desk staff verified the issue around 2:00 am but couldn’t fix it, and no room change was available. I had to use the toilet three more times that early morning, which was particularly troublesome at night. Additionally, the coffee machine dispensed hairs when I tried to get hot water, making me concerned about using it for coffee. I reported these issues, and the gentleman at the front desk took my mobile number, assuring me that the manager would contact me within two days. However, two weeks have passed, and I have not been contacted. Overall, it was not a good experience, but it might be only associated with that room."
