“We very much appreciated that at check-in we were given a first floor room that had become available even though we had been told at time of reservation that our choice of room would have to put us on the second floor. ”

“All was great except most outlets and some lights didn’t work in our room. It wasn’t worth changing rooms over, it was late, but should be addressed. ”

“Everything was acceptable, aside from a musty smell in the elevator and the pool being very cold. The room seemed clean. Breakfast was better than expected. My main concern is that we had left some clothing in the room upon check out and despite several calls to the front desk, I have not heard resolution. Still Hoping they call me back and help me resolve our issue.”
