“Very clean, safe, 22 min walk to train station, easy check-in, they send you a one time code via e-mail, to enter and get your room key at the reception, easier check out, just to drop off the key in a box, mini fridge in room, private WC in room, shared shower, which I saw always available, cookies, 2 water bottles, liquid and mini bar hand soaps. “Lovely old building, very interesting design, beautiful large hall inside with wood beams. Nice gardens to stroll around. The main restaurant food was great, & the bar area is very cosy. Lots of lovely cocktails to choose from. Fantastic view of the river Thames (although no walkable direct path down to it).”

“There was a very cosy feel to the hotel and the room. Breakfast was great, with lots of variety and staff were friendly and helpful. We had dinner in the pub on the first night and the meals were delicious. The room was fairly comfortable but it could do with some updating/replacing of items. The mattress was past it's best (resulting in an uncomfortable sleep on the first night) and the taps were loose, with drainage not working great. However we'd certainly return again.”
