Decent rooms, convenient location, very nice staff. Not all rooms have TVs, some have A/C others have fans provided. Have stayed twice and both times haven’t been dissatisfied. Only thing I’d warn you about is the breakfast at the on site restaurant is not great and it’s a bit expensive for what it is. It’s the only breakfast option on the island so be prepared.

Views from the property were amazing. The staff were great. The room was pretty basic (hard beds, thin pillows, no TV, no air conditioning, poor air flow) considering the high price.

All staff were very helpful, on checking in we got to our room and it wasn't what we expected, turns out we only booked for the basic room with no lock for the bathroom. We paid extra for the upgraded room in one of these new refurbished building and it is so worth the money.

No phone, no tv, shower with either cold or scalding water-had to keep turning it off and on. Had to run tub for kids so they wouldn’t burn themselves in shower. Beds only passable-lumpy. Common rooms good and restaurant was ok. Shortage of staff it seemed.

Needed a place to crash for a music festival. This fit the bill. Log panelling but no tv. Why would you want to watch tv when whales are frequently seen in the channel offshore? The lodge is positioned up on a hill overlooking the channel and the bays of Fundy and St Mary’s beyond. The restaurant has great food. Be aware that Briar Island has fog more often than not.

Beetje gedateerde accomodatie. Men is wel bezig de buitenzijde op te knappen. Restaurant is niet heel erg bijzonder. Prijs van de gerechten is vrij prijzig voor wat je krijgt. Voor een overnachting om bijvoorbeeld whale watching te gaan doen voldoet het wel. Helaas zijn er niet veel andere opties ook het eilandje. Vond het duur betaald.

Our stay was wonderful! We chose Brier Island Lodge for our stay as we had an early whale watching tour (which was phenomenal) and the lodge exceeded our expectations. Staff were friendly and accommodating, dining on site is a bonus and the rooms were clean and quaint. We were able to leave the island with a sense of peace and a desire to go back.
