Very New (2023), Spacious and luxurious 5-bedroom house in marvelous Westport. 5 BDRMs on 4 finished levels w/ distinctive oak accents & modern clean lines. The open & airy floor plan features a library, custom kitchen w/ butler's pantry serving the formal dining room as well as a dry-bar between the study and family room.

Tranquil Primary Suite w/ his & her closets, dressing room, & Spa bath. Light filled lower level w/ large windows, bunk room, home gym, and playroom. Finished third floor w/bonus room and second WFH office. Professionally landscaped backyard w/ sod lawn, irrigation system, generator, large bluestone patio and new hot-tub! High quality furnishings and linens complete this premium property.

Reichert Circle is a quiet, low traffic street and quick walk to the town ballfields & tennis courts. Easy access to schools, Merritt Pkway and Westport shops & restaurants. If desired, new 2024 Chevrolet Suburban High Country with seating for 8 can be arranged assuming rental requirements are met for an additional fee during your stay.

Excellent, high end, clean family home that deliveries a comfortable stay. A wonderful new build house, quite street, excellent communication from the owner and quality furnishings and fittings throughout the property. My daughters loved the playroom, their bedrooms and the trampoline!
