“George and Subhas home was perfect for our family to spend a weekend in southern Connecticut while in town for the weekend to visit friends. We have two young daughters (age 1 and age 6) and always try to find places to stay where they can have their own room. The rooms were very spacious and clean, with VERY comfortable king beds. “Three of us were in town for a Navy reunion. This was the perfect place for us. There are 3 bedrooms. Pretty small, but perfect if you just need a bed and dresser. Nice little sitting area and eating area. It was really very cozy. The real plus is the location. It was just 2 blocks from a coffee shop, another block to a liquor store and convenience store. “We really enjoyed our stay at this cute house which was so conveniently located near our family in Rye. My husband and I stayed here along with our son and daughter-in-law. There was also a tiny 3rd bedroom if we had needed it for our other son. The house was completely renovated and spotlessly clean. We will definitely stay here again the next time we come to town! ”

“This property was quite cozy and clean, with all the amenities one could want. The decoration was very cute and the location was amazing, especially for 4th of July since the beach is right outside. However it is important to note that the beach is rocky, not sandy, and gets quite shallow so it’s not the best for swimming. Nearby walnut beach and silver sands beach are both great for swimming. We never saw the upstairs neighbors and they were very quiet.”

“Loved everything about this place! Plenty of space for everyone, great location four minutes from the commuter train, having offstreet parking was a huge blessing! So much good I could say about this property, communication was wonderful, and having a laundromat just steps down the street was perfect for a laundry refresh in our trip! "As an experienced traveler, I have to rate this La Quinta a ONE out of Five. The facility is too old to use. To open the door, you need to insert the card key dozens of times. The hall way is not flat, slightly uphill or downhill. The drain of the tub is only half-working. When you take shower your feet are in the water. Basin is cracked and glued. AC sound wakes you up every time when it starts. Breakfast is ok, but lack of food after 8:50, it says that the time of breakfast is 6:30 to 9:30. Parking is free and safe, which is only thing make my thumb up. Overall, with $140 per night price, I must say, I was very disappointed by this hotel!!! By the way, the other La Quinta hotels I have lived in are very good."
