“We spent one night in this place. The staffs were polite and friendly and welcomed warmly. The room was very clean with an awesome view of river and tall trees. We had access to the backyard and could seat in front of the river. The place was in a beautiful area of Vancouver; although, it was not close to groceries. I strongly recommend this place.”

“The front desk is not very agreesieve to solve the issue for customer. I booked the hotel via agent and the package is breakfast included. I show the confirmation later and also the member card. But the front desk only keep saying that they didn’t see that info from their record. They only asked me to solve this via my agent and not willing to help to double check in their side. This is bad experience and I won’t stay again. ”

“Great experience staying at this hotel for seven nights. There is enough space for two children to jump around. The factory building has an oven and microwave for simple cooking. The bathroom is tiled and very clean. There is also a swimming pool and sauna in the building, so you can relax after a day's journey. The location is very close to the city center and public transportation. The security is also very good. It is very close to Costco and supermarkets within walking distance. All in all,……

“FYI: CASH ONLY!! They will only accept cash if you pay in person. If you booked the basic economy, you will have to upgrade. This also functions as a pay by the hour "Love Hotel" for the local community. If you are not local, you will have to pay to upgrade because you will need to have a room with a window. They save the room with no windows for the local community. After explaining, the experience was fine! Mostly clean room, had some spills, but was tolerable. Quiet except for some... noises.……

"We had a very pleasant stay overall. The room was spacious and impeccably clean, and parking was convenient, which made our experience quite enjoyable. Additionally, the location of the hotel is quite central, making it easy to access nearby attractions. However, there was a bit of confusion regarding the address, as the location provided by the hotel owner was different from the one listed online. The person who contacted us also seemed somewhat unfamiliar with the exact location, which was understandable since it was dark, and the address number was hard to see. Despite this minor inconvenience, our stay was excellent, and we would recommend this hotel."
