As hosts, communication was clear, timely and helpful when I initially had issues w the VRBO app, Allyn hopped on to help make sure it got situated. Check in process was a breeze, the house itself is as beautiful as the pictures. Bonus points because it included baby proofing items, and a high chair. A family member left some items by accident and before she realized where it was, Allyn had already reached……

“This modern cabin was very comfortable, clean and well-located. It is small but very comfortable. Everything in it -- from the bed to kitchen to heating and bathroom were top notch. It was very easy to return there after a day spent on the Lake and in the Mt. Lassen area. Also, while there has been a lot of fire damage in surrounding forests, this part of the lake thankfully escaped all of that. ”
