“This property was perfect. It was clean, a great size, and steps from the beach. You could sit on the front porch and listen to the ocean. It was a great area, and even on New Year's Eve it didn't get too crazy. The bed was comfortable and the kitchen had plenty of dinnerware and appliances to suit anyone's needs.Checkout instructions were not posted, so I went through my booking information to make sure that I was doing things correctly. “Great location near the Trading Post (grocery) and shops. Location is great for a quiet stay right on the gulf. The unit could use some cleaning in the kitchen and bathroom, but overall it was nice stay! The views are great and you are steps from the beach. Further down the beach towards the state park is a bigger space on the beach, but perfect for a small group (just not a huge beachfront). The beds were very comfortable and the kitchen had all the appliances and necessities. Easy check in and……
