“Great host, communication and hospitality.A solid house made of stone bricks and wood, with antique fittings that are truly impressive. A must-see for anyone interested in architecture.The separate game room offers plenty of space and features a ping-pong table—enough entertainment without even leaving the property.What moved us the most was the vastness of the grounds and the stunning scenery. “Beautiful setting amongst the trees within easy walking distance to the main street. Comfortable, spotlessly clean and had everything we needed. Would highly recommend and would happily return. ”

“Peaceful lovely location, easy to get to the lake, waterfall, dam etc. Host was very prompt and helpful.Just keep in mind no bathmats, sheets or pillowcases (as mentioned on listing). Also the fireplace smokes, the warning about it being smoky is mentioned at the property.Overall a great weekend getaway”

“We were a family group of adults wanting a place to stay with our dogs and a place to moor our boat for water skiiing. We had that - although it was a bit of a rocky trek to the pontoon, but the outcome was worth it for that tiny inconvenience. It was paradise sitting on the deck with the wildlife singing. A rustic house that was clean and spacious and great for the 8 of us. Be careful of the maps app sending you from Eildon to the property via a four wheel drive track.which was not pleasant……
