“We only stayed one night, passing through London. The person at the front desk was kind and helpful. We needed help with the washer/dryer in the kitchen and he was able to answer our question. They have a large clothes rack folded up in the closet and we used that to finish drying the clothes. The dryer setting options are either really long drying times or a short one (1 hour) that gets hot. TIP: you have to wait ten minutes after turning off the power to open the door.
