“We planned a month long stay in Thomasville and picked a very nice place which was sold so we had to find another. A week before we left, we find out that has an insurance renter who refused to leave house #2. Now in a week we had to find another and #3 turned out to be an absolute disaster - we had to stay in a hotel the first night! So, for us, the 4th time was the Charm.We found Charming and Cozy the day after we arrived, and Norma graciously let us take a look at the place before we……

“Overall an adorable place, property manager was great, but the surrounding neighborhood was a little scary- a lot of boarded up homes, fast cars, and load parties down the street- did not feel the safest. ”

“The house is in a quiet neighborhood. The only suggestion I could make is to add a small trash can and soap/shampoo/conditioner to the hall bathroom. ”

“I can’t say enough about this place! It was crystal clear clean when we arrived and it was much better than the pictures made it out to be! This place was definitely a home away from home and not far from our actual home. The only downfall from the original description was the fact that it was not within walking distance from downtown. Literally the only downfall. Everything else was wonderful and we couldn’t have asked for more! We will for sure we staying here again in the near future because……

“PROS: location is close to Broad Street shopping and dining. Reservation information and check-in process was easy. House had needed supplies. AC worked great. CONS: The only shower was a vintage style bathtub that required stepping over the side - not safe for older folks or those with mobility issues. The front door did not feel safe - several glass panels could easily be punched out to access the inside deadbolt and the flimsy curtain on the glass did not provide any privacy. Old floor vents……

“This property was exactly as listed. It was just ideal for our needs. The owner was warm and welcoming, and we felt like honored guests upon arrival. She explained everything and showed all of the conveniences and modern upgrades like Star Link internet and streaming TV. The country charm of the cottage was just what we needed after busy days.
