The hotel itself is beautiful - the room was also very clean. Disappointed in the service a little, my husband asked whether anything could be done as we were celebrating a babymoon and were told a treat would be in the room at check in - it was not. He tried again and was told it would be there the next day at 2pm, nothing. Ended up getting it the day we were checking out and that after my husband made 3-4 attempts for it. I asked for a robe for my daughter and that too, took a day and I had to ask 3 different staff members for it. We dined at the Mallard Lounge, ordered 4 food items off the menu, but only got 2/4 after a long wait - left disappointed and decided to just get back to the hotel room and ordered milk and cookies which was also a 40 minute wait. Overall the attention and service was just a miss this weekend, so I don’t know if I would stay here again or put in a little extra and stay at the Four Seasons next time.
