“My hubby purchased a night's stay for Mother's day weekend. My youngest daughter and I were treated to a double-queen bed room and truly enjoyed our stay. The only issues we had; the pillows were too soft and made sleeping a bit troublesome (but that's a preference issue, not the hotel). We also tried to call down to the front desk for a blanket at around 7:00pm, but no one responded. It could have been timing. The breakfast buffet was very good with many choices. “The "Gentleman's Club turned hotel is lovely. AMAZING history and good for the $$. VERY clean and comfortable. However---there is construction chaos on the corner of the Club and I had NO warning---figuring out where to stop and park was hard. The room door was also funky--simple, but would have been beneficial to know. Also, there was an added fee for something I wasn't told about. I wish I had known ahead of time about the construction.....I was excited to have the raved about breakfast, but……
