“Hotel Morgan is a beautiful spot to stay just a few minutes walk to WVU. Here are the things they could improve upon - more personable check-in. No conversation other than what was absolutely necessary then handed room keys and told where the elevator was. Nothing wrong, but simple and I had to come down, for instance, in search of ice. There is also no information in the room - no book, brochure, placard. Basic. (Answer for ice, by the way, is floors 3, 5, 7 but not near the elevators). As……

“This property is super fun, over a local guitar shop that hosts art openings and music. The decor is artistic and thoughtful, not just your basic hobby lobby garbage. Parking is slightly tricky for some with the narrow drive and you need to be good with stairs. Neither were problems for us. Coffee and basic seasonings were provided. We will rent one or more of the units in this building next time we have a family event. ”
