Since there were no other rooms available to stay for over an hour away from Peach Fest, we were compelled to stay in this filthy, squalid, unkempt, falling apart property. Cigarette burns in the bedclothes. Molding separating from walls, broken safe, broken falling to pieces furniture, and no maid service after four nights made this property one of the worst I have ever stayed at. A true zero-star hotel.”

We had expected the lower rate to mean a small room without much comfort, but found the friendliness of the staff to go above and beyond what one would receive at ANY rated hotel.
