“It’s a beautiful unit as shown in the pictures. High ceiling and spacious. Most important thing for me to check in places like this is the communication with the host and they are excellent. Their responses are prompt and eager the help you if you have any issues. We stayed for two weeks and need to extend another week and they went and above to make the transition flawless. "We came down to check out at 10:30 in the morning. I paid a cash deposit. They can't check out until they check the room. The front desk told me 5 minutes but made me wait for almost half an hour. Halfway through, I asked her how long it would take because I had to go to a meeting urgently. She gave me a very nonchalant attitude. It was already 11:10 when I got the deposit. What made me very unhappy was that I was the only one who wanted to check out. Do you want me to wait for half an hour in the morning?"
