“Overall, i had a good stay. Very nice lady that served Starbucks in the morning. Clean safe facility. Only issue was the gentleman that checked us in wasn’t super friendly or informative. He didn’t explain the parking garage and it made it a challenge to get into the hotel after parking. A few seconds of explanation would have been helpful. ”

“Only reason for the good versus excellent rating, is not the property itself, but just the immediately surrounding area. The property interior and exterior were both great. Very clean and well kept. Staff were excellent. And for the price, you really cannot beat it. Decent hot breakfast, although waffle making was superb. As stated, property is just not in the best area of Town, which Houston, probably b/c of its lack of zoning, is filled with similar areas where you go from one block to the……
