Stay elsewhere next time with better value
"Stayed in historic block, pretty old decor, bed linen was stained. Noisy drunken crowds slamming on doors for 30 mins after 3am. Stains on the bedsheet. Didn’t feel like 4 stars at all"

"Front desk staff were ok. Perhaps the managers need to have conversations away from the front desk rather than in front of guests! Room was small but adequate and clean. Rain shower was clean and worked well. Water was hot and plenty of it. Bed was comfortable and sheets were good too. Lift was fine ..."
