this was the worst place I have ever stayed in..all sides of motel face either a busy hwy or noisy road so quiet rooms. Upon checkin the room was so dirty that I had to clean it myself. I could not sleep for the noise unfortunately I booked ahead for four nights..I asked for a refund of two of the nights because I could not stay there manager was nice and has tried to refund me twice but the owners refuse to allow it..if you want to sleep do not stay there!!!!

The motel is VERY convenient to the hospital in Kalispell. Therefore we often stay there when we schedule procedures. We live 75 miles away from Kalispell so when we have early am appointments we will often stay in a motel so we don't have to get up so early. Recently we have seen how this property has become very rundown and it is steadily getting worse. The rooms are adequate but dirty, OLD, very worn out and repairs are sloppy. Plus the tv service is impossible. We could only watch one channel. For $99 we should be able to at least watch TV all channels.

the room they put me in had not been cleaned and smelled like an ash tray. On the way to the replacement room the marijuana smell was awful strong for a non smoking hotel. will never stay there again.

Tbe deont sesk staff when we checked in was phenomenal! Laughed with us and made us feel welcome! Helped with our accommodations and held herself well when the things went wrong! Definitely will be back. Rooms where wondeedul. Only thing that we misswd was the little shampoos and conditioners. No big deal tho! Thank u guys!

Bathroom floor had not been vacuumed. Still rocks and sand from previous occupants. Hairdryer did not work. No outlet handy for coffee maker in room. Dust on headboard. Outlet by bed did not work. People at service desk were friendly but the one checking us in was not knowledgeable as she was new so misinformation given to us. Would not stay here again.

Tonya at the front desk came through with the nice quiet room I requested before I arrived, and both she and Pepper were friendly and helpful with information, especially dining options, in the area. Everything in the room worked well, and Tonya quickly provided me with more soap to compensate for the free empty dispenser. The shower had lots of hot water and good water pressure The motel was conveniently located near downtown, and the parking was adequate. I plan to stay here again the next time I'm in Kalispell.

We got the room right next to the stairs on second floor. You could tell that the room wasn’t used in a long time, the dust was everywhere. We could hear everything from the front desk. They were so loud in the middle of the night, laughing, talking.. they kept waking us up. Needed just to sleep over
