* Ski-in /Ski-Out generally during Peak winter season - late Dec- mid-Feb – weather permitting. The definition means that you are around a 5-minute walk to the nearest run or lift and do not need to drive.
*We are happy to welcome up to 2 dogs for an additional non-refundable pet fee of $200 per dog, plus a $100 cleaning fee, plus applicable taxes. Pets must be well-trained and crated at all times when the owner isn’t present. You must notify the host if you are bringing a pet so that the proper fees can be collected.
* No smoking, vaping, or parties permitted at this property. Guests shall not have parties or events at the home, which include but are not limited to bachelor & bachelorette parties, golf parties, and weddings.
