“We loved staying here! The land was beautiful & it was private with walking trails and a pond! It was clean and a lot of space. There was also a fire pit & it was quiet and relaxing! It’s very close to Navasota which is the cutest town and not too far from college station! The owner was nice and very helpful. We would definitely recommend. ”

“What a gift the owners have shared with us by opening up their guest house. The bed is comfortable, the home is well appointed, but the property is amazing. The listing doesn't do it justice.I went in springtime; the air smelled like sweet grass, mist came off the pond in the morning and yellow flowers opened up in the moonlight and blanketed the pasture. “Aimee the owner was easy to get in touch with and communicative. Home itself clean and appeared new with rustic design. It’s in the woods so expect spider webs/bugs but only spotted 2 baby roaches and a small spider inside. Appliances clean. Blankets clean. Stains on pod swing cushion. Bathroom towels clean. Bed sheets and/or comforter in king bed bedroom had strong mildew smell. Mattress not comfortable for us, but we use a tempur-pedic at home, so maybe comfortable for others. Bathrooms clean.……

“I rente this property for my daughter and her friends who were running a 1/2 marathon near by. They were able to rest and prepare for their run. The place is very clean, the neighborhood is quiet. You’ll get to enjoy very nice views while driving to get there.”

Beautiful property, nicely decorated, very clean, full kitchen, lots of natural light, fun layout of the house, four comfortable queen beds with plenty of sheets and pillows. The property manager was very responsive when a need arose. The RV Resort property was gated (required a code to entry) and quiet. All the girls felt safe on the RV Resort premises.
