“Great”

“到訪的時候外頭下著雪，一進屋，熱情又貼心的主人Hazel馬上給了我一杯熱奶茶。隔天上午，享用完美味的早餐，順道參觀了民宿內的收藏與老照片，Hazel並與我分享收藏品與建築背後許多有趣的故事。與一般的民宿不同，在這裡我可以真正感受到人與人最深入、親切的交流，真的是一個溫暖像家的地方。”

“Insgesamt ein sehr günstiges Hotel - daher haben wir keine allzu hohen Erwartungen gehabt. Die Lage des Hotels ist halt an einer Hauptstraße, da ist es normal, dass man nachts eine gewisse Lautstärke hat. Dafür waren es nur 5 Minuten zu Fuß zur Underground. Die Zimmer waren zweckmäßig, unseres sauberer als das der Kinder (im Kühlschrank befand sich noch eine angebrochene Flasche Cola). Der Service war sehr gut und freundlich; wir hatten zwei Zimmer mit Doppelbetten, für die Kinder aber auf……

“The Yotelpad was a great little experience..."little" being the operative word with very compact efficiency. It is well proximate to all transport, shopping, restaurants and an entertaining, ethnically diverse neighbourhood. Staff were exceptional; we had lots of questions about what to see and how to get there, where to eat, etc that Maria, Malgorzata, Anwyn and Zuhaib went to great lengths to fully, patiently and cheerfully answer. ”

“It's good to have a pantry equipped with microwave / oven, so we can prepare simple meals and need not dine-out everyday. Nice to have croissants provided by the hotel at the lobby every morning. Also a machine to provide chocolate / latte / cappuccino all day.”

“Check in not great. Everything else good. Couple of service issues - dealt with beautifully. ”

“We stayed here while our friend who lives nearby was having a baby. It was perfect for that. Very stylish and clean, a refuge for us while we felt able to be on hand for our friend. ”

“Room 10 - right by the office. Handy for car park to rear. Quite noisy when the office is busy. When I arrived the guy on the desk said 3 nights for 3 people (I corrected him - 2 nights for 1 person) I was then shown to a single room which I assume he hadn’t planned to give me. He quickly removed what appeared to be used towels from the bathroom and replaced them. I then questioned the cleanliness of the bed - it looked used and there were hairs on the sheet (the guy blamed the cleaner who he……
