“My son and I are from Seattle, we meet up with my brothers from Florida and Ohio for the MLB Hall of Fame Induction Ceremony in Cooperstown. What a wonderful weekend it was and at a beautiful house that overlooked a creek with two waterfalls. The outside views from the deck were only surpassed by the wide-open spaces inside the house. “This home as was unique and as gorgeous as we had hope for! Right on the canal where we fished with a lot of luck. Lots of fish..Ducks ..turtles. seagulls..and even a muskrat. House was clean and smelled great. Beds are comfy and cozy..and we all slept great with the central AC. They have a range of board games such as SORRY...Monopoly..Scrabble etc. The view is amazing from both the deck and the balcony. The neighborhood is clean and in the heart of downtown near ice cream……

“We had a great time in Sylvan Beach. The house was great. Perfect location near beach, restaurants, bars, ice cream, amusement park, pretty much everything was within a 5 minute walk. The house was very clean and perfect for our two families (4 kids under 4). Great space and had all the amenities we needed (even beach accessories - chairs, tubes, toys, floaties). Annette was very responsive and checked in mid-trip to see if we needed anything. Overall 10/10 and we would definitely stay here……

“Thank you for opening your home to us. All was great, the water pressure, the water temperature, the coffee maker and the beds were very comfortable. Loved the cleanliness and how well decorated it is. Very modern furniture and fixtures. The cooling system needs to be checked for the upstairs. While setting the thermostat downstairs 68, the upstairs room was warm, even with the fan on. ”
