“The property was beautiful, the house was clean. I brought alot of dishes because some places I've stayed have had minimal supplies but they were well-stocked. There were only 2 things that were of mild concern- the grass around the fire pit wasnt mowed so we were nervous about snakes, and when we arrived the trash cans were full already so we had to keep trash in the house. Overall a great stay. ”

“Stayed two beautiful nights, only thing that would have made our getaway better would have been a/c in the bedroom and an SUV. We drove a Corolla and it was scary at times, unsure if we were going to make it up, Florida drivers!”

“The neighborhood was great. Loved the Jeep trail and waterfalls. The house was very nice and had everything that you needed. The only downside to our stay is that there was , no ice maker it took 10 minutes to get to the trash drop off. It was a bit further out than we wanted. But we all wanted to try the Big Canoe community, now I can that I have! ”

“We had a fantastic stay! The house was spacious, beautiful, and the host was incredibly accommodating. We stayed busy with golf, hiking, the walk-up beach, and relaxing in the hot tub. We even visited a nearby winery with fainting goats! Seeing deer and a few bears made it all the more memorable. Highly recommend!”

“Excellent stay. Although we had no internet which means no tv because of the storm that came through. Host was very helpful and tried to get the internet employees to fix it, there were too many outages in the area to do so before we checked out ”

“We had a great time at Big Canoe. We make it to Big Canoe 2-3 times a year and this was one of our favorite rentals. We had 6 in our group and had plenty of room. The property was very well maintained and well stocked with the basic essentials. This was a great house and I would absolutely stay here on my next next trip if it’s available. ”
