“We loved the remoteness of the cabin! Saw deer, rabbits, bears, and other wildlife. Everything was clean and comfortable. We really enjoyed the fire pit in the evenings and the local natural attractions.”

“If you want incredibly quiet, this is your place. About 4 miles from Wellsville, this rustic cabin is secluded in the woods. It is older and well worn but sturdy. A lovely deck for reading and relaxing or having coffee. We did not cook food but the small kitchenette is sufficient. Towels and some small toiletries are included. Parking is nearby. And no bears!”

You can tell our host has pride in his property and wants his guest to thoroughly enjoy their stay! Perfect location for stargazing! Loved the Lumber museum right across the street and my adult kids were able to rent an ATV just steps away from the cabin! A million stars!!!!”

The cabin was very clean and was equipped with everything we needed for our 2 night stay. The WiFi and TV both worked well. The location was a reasonable driving distance from the attractions we were interested in seeing. ”

“My family recently stayed at this lovely retreat. The photos do not give justice to this place. It is minutes from town, but makes you feel as though you are much further out. The cabin is meticulously maintained with all of the basics you need in the kitchen and bathroom. The pond is stocked with fish and the fire pit is ready to go. At night, fireflies light up the woods and add to magical ambiance.The owners were helpful and communicative. Everything we needed or needed to know how to operate……

“My husband and three young adult children were so happy staying here. It exceeded our expectations. The cabin was perfect. The town of Hornell was very quaint with coffee shops and a great Wegmans and Walmart and more! We slept well and had everything we needed. We went to Letchworth state park and Rochester on Lake Ontario. Beautiful area! We hope to return again. ”
