“Our multi-generation , multi-state family recently gathered and stayed at clean and comfortable The House of Blues. Host, Nichole, was welcoming and responsive. The three levels worked well to give the different family units their own space. “VRBO was centrally located to where I needed to travel during my stay. Nice location so I didn't have to travel far to any stores or locations. Plenty of Room in the VRBO. Pretty Quiet neighborhood. There were some people across the street that made some noise at 3 in the Morning. Other than that house was accommodating for what was needed. Owner was friendly. Would recommend if someone has events planned in down town Wichita”

“We couldn’t be happier with our stay. Everyone fell in love with the property. There was plenty of room for sleeping and gathering together for this group of 9. “We stayed three nights in this nicely updated house in a quiet safe neighborhood in Wichita. The house including the kitchen had everything we needed. We used the Blackstone grill twice and it was in excellent shape. We would have used the backyard more if the weather had been nicer. We used the two primary suites (one upstairs and one downstairs. Perfect for 2 couples. ”

“Overall our stay was pretty good. The room downstairs was difficult for our kids to sleep in because of the drafty windows and squeaky bunk bed. The dishes were really dirty but we ran to the store and got new sponges, soap, and batteries for the thermostat because they were almost dead.
