“Clean, quiet, amazing views and accessible to all the great activities in and around the Redlands area. The property is a duplex on a large rural setting that backs directly to the just completed bike/walking trail in the area (Tabeguache) There are two bedrooms- one main with a queen, a second with a good size bunk beds. There is also a queen size bed in an enclosed porch area. So plenty of space for a good number of people- but only one bathroom. The property is probably built in the 70s……

“Every year my family and I meet up at new places, this year was GJ. The house was AMAZING! The kitchen was so big! It easily accommodated all 8 of us. There were tons of beds and space for everyone. The kids spent most days in the pool, we fished in the pond. Played on the grass. Played cards out on the patio at night. It was perfect for what we wanted to do! “If i could give this more stars, i would. Probably not even a mile from lunch loops, so we got to just get up, go for a bike ride and come back easily with our 2 year old. Hiking the monument was very close. House was very clean, great views. Will 100% stay here whenever we're in the area.”

“We really enjoyed our stay at Tres Chivas. The house was cute and comfortable. We were traveling with our two dogs and they loved running in the large open yard. It was very relaxing sitting outside in the evening. The house had everything we needed for our stay. The hosts were responsive to our messages. “We were a couple in our 50's, from East Coast visiting relatives. This house was perfect for us. The location is very nice and very safe. The supplies and utensils were better than we expected. We had one very minor problem and it was resolved immediately. Would highly recommend. ”
