“This house was perfect for our group (several families with babies). The host was great and very communicative, even dropping off a replacement pack-and-play when we realized the house was missing its one. The property was clean and as-advertised and even had a few fun extra things, e.g. two paddleboards and some floaties for our use. There was plenty of parking for our whole group and it was about a 15 minute walk to a small neighborhood "beach" and playground. Would recommend and would stay……

Communication- rcvd an e-mail late Saturday and offered an additional night for only 200, which we declined.Then we were offered a late check out on Sunday for 50I responded yes to late departure.Then no mention of late checkout.Tried again but no success.
