The owner is very easy to communicate with and very accommodating. If you need to stay in Amherst this is the place to stay! Every little detail from the furnishing to the surroundings is excellent. “Very nice property, clean and comfortable. Great outdoor sitting area. Rooms are huge with a great kitchen setup. Beds were comfortable and the room was quiet. Several breakfast options. This hotel is worth the few exrra dollars; we've stayed here twice, and it far better than the other hotels we have stayed at in the area. ”

“The room was spacious and overall very nice. The mini fridge didn't seem to get very cold and the pull out sofa bed was broken and slanted very sharply toward the couch. You also couldn't put it back into the couch to get it out of the way. The TV in the bedroom area would not change channels and the TV in the sitting area was very difficult to change channels. Other than that we enjoyed the pool area and the breakfast was decent. All the employees we came across were very friendly. Parking was……
